Turn messy PDFs into a finished assignment (research → write → submit)

When I’m juggling MBA readings and deadlines, the hardest part is finding the right info fast, structuring it, and exporting something submission-ready. This workflow turns long PDFs into usable notes, then into a clean paper, without last-minute “file too large” drama.

Step-by-step process

Step 1

Search across long PDFs with PDF Search using keywords for the concepts you need (models, definitions, key quotes).

Step 2

Map your argument in MindNode (thesis → 3–5 key points → evidence under each).

Step 3

Write in Ulysses to stay distraction-free and keep drafts organized in one library.

Step 4

Export to PDF when the draft is ready (or deliver in the required format).

Step 5

Compress with PDF Squeezer if the file is too large for the portal/email, without wrecking quality.
