Keep track of deadlines

I use Dato from Setapp to keep track of deadlines, stay aware of time zones, and quickly plan what’s next. Paired with Notion and GoodTask, this combo makes scheduling simple — without bouncing between apps.

Setapp Apps used
Step-by-step process

Step 1

I open Dato from the menu bar to see my daily calendar and check time differences when planning meetings or sprints.

Step 2

Quickly figure out how many days I have left till a deadline or how much time I can allocate for a task

Step 3

When I lock in a deadline or schedule a project phase, I add it to GoodTask — a smart task manager that syncs with Apple Calendar and Reminders

Step 4

I keep a weekly view of deliverables in Notion with synced dates from Dato and GoodTask. This gives me a clear overview of what’s due and when

Step 5

Every morning, I glance at Dato to get a sense of time zones, meetings, and tasks — right from the top of my screen.
