Step 1

Open PliimPRO from the menu bar and enable Presentation Mode — hides desktop icons, pauses notifications, and mutes the mic in one click before the session starts.

Open Bartender and hide any personal or irrelevant menu bar icons — prevents apps like calendar alerts, messaging tools, or personal utilities from being visible during the share.
