Step-by-step process

Step 1

Search the full document with PDF Search to locate the exact pages that contain the section you need.

Step 2

Open the PDF in Nitro PDF Pro, select those pages, and create a new PDF from just that selection.

Step 3

Compress the extracted file with PDF Squeezer so it's small enough to email or upload without trouble.

Step 4

Back up the original full document with Get Backup Pro before sharing the extracted version, so you always have the complete file on hand.
