When I have a folder of high-res product photos that need to be smaller for web, I drag them into Squash, set compression to 50%, and walk away. It processes them all in background while I work.

Open Squash and drag in your image folder
Step 2
Choose compression level (40-70% for web)
Step 3
Set output folder
Step 4
Click "Optimize All"

Squash compresses everything in background
